This is a completely newly renovated cottage; modern but with old traditions, and with sleeping space for 5 people - 2 single beds, a 120 cm wide bed and a large incredibly comfortable sofa.

The house is located about 7 minutes by car from both Dala-Järna and Vansbro, in the old Viking village of Skålö. The farm has a lush garden with a cozy patio that is perfect for drinking your morning coffee, and if you feel like it, you can take a cozy 10 minute forest walk to Åktjärn for a swim. Nearby there is also a mini golf course near Skålö village cottage, about 20 minutes walk there, then there is a really nice golf course at Snöå bruk, 10 minutes by car.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, new stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and basically everything you could need, but not a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a washing machine guests may use, and also underfloor heating.

In the living room there are different types of games for socializing in the evenings. In this house you are guaranteed peace, quiet and recovery!

1 set of bed linen + towel can be rented for 100 SEK per person.

NOTE: The house is also allergy-friendly and pet-free. The house also has 2 floors, with the bedrooms being upstairs.

As a final cleaning:

- Please clean up after yourself.

- Put trash in the trash/recycling

- Leave things where you found them.

- If you have rented bed linens, please take them off and place them on the bathroom floor.

- Turn off appliances

- Return the key to the key cabinet.

- The farm can be a bit bumpy when you drive in, so drive slowly.
